Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to RSVP?
You’re absolutely welcome to attend even if you haven’t RSVP’d! RSVP’ing helps you choose a service time with more seating availability and helps us serve everyone on campus well. While it doesn’t guarantee a specific seat, it does help with planning. If you’re coming with a larger group or family, plan to arrive early for the best chance of sitting together.

What should I expect when I arrive?
From parking to finding your seat, we’ll have friendly volunteers ready to help. If it’s your first time with us, plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early so you have time to park, check in your children (if needed), and find a seat without rushing.
Where should I park?
We have parking lots on both the north and south sides of our campus. We also provide off-site parking just south of the church on Greenfield Rd., with convenient shuttles running regularly to and from the church entrance.

What should I wear?
There’s no dress code, and you’ll see a wide range—from casual (t-shirts and jeans) to more formal (slacks, dress shirts, or dresses). Whatever you’re comfortable in is perfect. Our rooms can be a little chilly, so you might want to bring a light jacket or sweater.
How long are the services?
Each service is about 65 minutes long.
Are all the services the same?
Our Good Friday services will be different from our Easter services and include live music and preaching. Easter services (Saturday and Sunday) are identical, featuring live music and a message from our Lead Pastor, Jon Benzinger.
Will the services have in-person music and teaching or video?
All services in our Worship Center include live teaching and live music. We also offer a Video Venue with a live feed on large screens—perfect for those with young kids or anyone who prefers a quieter or less-crowded space.
Is there anything for my kids?
Yes!
- Good Friday: Childcare is available for birth through age 5.
- Easter Weekend: Full R:KIDS environments for birth through 6th grade, with engaging, age-appropriate lessons, songs, and activities.
Where do I check in my kids?
Head to the R:KIDS banner near the south end of campus. Our volunteers will guide you through the secure check-in process and help your child get to the right room. If it’s your first time, arriving early is especially helpful.
Will ASL be available?
Yes. American Sign Language interpretation will be available at:
- 4:30pm Good Friday service
- 9:00am Easter Sunday service
